I'd say that is too much $$$. At that mileage almost every wear item on the car will be toast. Springs, shocks, shock mounts, rack bushings, upper and lower control arm bushings, diff and tranny mounts, subframe bushings, probably needs a new PS hose if it's not already leaking. Radiator is quite likely on it's last legs if it's new. Also, depending on when the clutch was changed it may need one. I'd reccomend spending some more money and getting a lower mileage car so you don't have to throw money at it for repaiars from teh get-go.
